Ingredients:

For the Broast Masala:

For the Marinade:
– 1 kg chicken pieces (preferably bone-in, skinless)
– 1 cup plain yogurt

– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

For Frying:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup cornflour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade:
– In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and 2 tablespoons of Country Plus Foods Broast Masala.
– Add salt and mix well.
– Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
– Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

2. Prepare the Flour Coating:
– In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Coat the Chicken:
– Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator.
